The Specialized S-Works Torch represents the latest evolution of Specialized’s most successful performance road shoes. Built using Body Geometry science, biomimicry, and data-driven design, the Torch delivers elite-level power transfer while disappearing on the rider’s foot.

Using insights from more than 100,000 RETÜL foot scans, Specialized redesigned the upper, sole, and fit to better match the shape of the human foot. The result is improved comfort, more efficient power transfer, and a lighter overall shoe.

A new carbon base plate with an internal I-Beam structure maintains the exceptional stiffness expected from S-Works shoes while reducing weight by 20 grams compared to the S-Works 7. The refined BOA® S3-Snap Fit Systemplacement improves foot lockdown while eliminating pressure points across the top of the foot.

Combined with adaptive upper materials and zonal reinforcement, the S-Works Torch delivers a precise fit that enhances efficiency without sacrificing comfort—allowing riders to focus entirely on the road ahead.
