Factory Replacement Integrated Headset – Specialized Aethos

This lightweight, complete integrated headset is a direct factory replacement designed specifically for Specialized Aethos and S-Works Aethos frames. It features a custom-size lower bearing to ensure proper fit, smooth steering, and long-lasting performance.

Included Components

  • Upper bearing: 41.8mm OD × 30.5mm ID × 8mm thick (45° × 45°)

  • Lower bearing: 49.5mm OD × 40.5mm ID × 6.5mm thick (45° × 45°)

  • Carbon top transition cover: 45mm OD × 9.5mm tall

  • Split plastic compression ring: 7mm tall

  • Carbon headset spacers:

    • 10mm spacers (3 pieces)

    • 5mm spacers (2 pieces)
