Specialized Factory Replacement Suspension Pivot Bolt Kit – Stumpjumper EVO Carbon (2021–2024)

This complete factory replacement suspension pivot bolt kit includes all required bolts, axles, and spacers for servicing the rear suspension on Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Carbon frames. Built to OEM specifications, it restores proper alignment, torque retention, and suspension performance.

Note: Bearings are not included. Refer to the frame schematic for spacer placement.

Main Pivot (Chainstay)

• Drive-side bolt:

  • Reverse thread

  • 15mm W × 22mm L – Alloy

  • Torque: 210 in-lbf (24 Nm) – 1 pc

• Non-drive-side bolt:

  • 15mm W × 22mm L – Alloy

  • Torque: 210 in-lbf (24 Nm) – 1 pc

Seatstay / Horst Link

• Seatstay Horst link pivot bolts:

  • 6mm W × 32.5mm L – Steel

  • Torque: 90 in-lbf (10 Nm) – 2 pcs

Shock Link Hardware

• Shock link to seat tube pivot bolts:

  • 12mm W × 17mm L – Alloy

  • Torque: 180 in-lbf (20 Nm) – 2 pcs

• Shock link to shock extension pivot axles:

  • 10mm W × 14mm L – Steel

  • Torque: 60 in-lbf (7 Nm) – 2 pcs

• Shock link to shock extension pivot bolts:

  • 6mm W × 8mm L – Steel

  • Torque: 60 in-lbf (7 Nm) – 2 pcs

• Shock link to seatstay pivot axles:

  • 10mm W × 17.5mm L – Steel

  • Torque: 60 in-lbf (7 Nm) – 2 pcs

Forward Shock Eye

• Forward shock eye bolt:

  • 8mm W × 42mm L – Steel

  • Torque: 90 in-lbf (10 Nm) – 1 pc
