Specialized Factory Headset Transition, Spacer & Stem Cover Kit – Tarmac SL8 (Tarmac SL7 Stem)

Specialized OEM headset transition cover, spacer, and stem cover kit designed for the Tarmac SL8 frame when used with a Tarmac SL7 stem. This kit provides correct frame-to-stem adaptation, clean aero integration, and proper steerer tube coverage for both flush and extended steerer setups.

Kit Includes

  • Lower headset transition top cover
    Adapts Tarmac SL8 frame to SL7 spacers – 6.8mm height (1 pc)

  • Tarmac SL7 aero plastic headset spacers
    • 10mm spacers (3 pcs)
    • 5mm spacer (1 pc)

  • Upper stem transition spacer for Tarmac SL7 stem (1 pc)

  • Closed plastic stem cover for Tarmac SL7 stem (1 pc)
    Used when steerer tube is approx. 3mm below the top of the stem

  • Open plastic stem cover for Tarmac SL7 stem (1 pc)
    Used when steerer tube protrudes above the top of the stem (up to 5mm)

Compatibility Notes

  • Designed specifically for Tarmac SL8 frames using a Tarmac SL7 stem

  • Not compatible with Roval Rapide or other integrated cockpits

  • Includes both open and closed stem covers to accommodate different steerer cut lengths
